My body yearns for the peace and serenity of California's
hills and lush green landscapes, the coddling of my friends, the beauty of
Sonoma County. I'm so tense my arms ache, my knees hurt, I fell down a
flight of stairs, I've stubbed my toe, I've banged my head. Finally when I
couldn't take it anymore I took myself to a chiropractor, who suggested, "It doesn't sound to me like you're in your body."
